Mount Guyot East

Mount Guyot East 4WD trail gives up-close and jaw-dropping views of the north-facing sheer cliffs of Mount Guyot. You also get a taste of Colorado mining history with the remnants of an early 20th-century mine. This is a great, optional, side-trip or lunch location when doing the more popular Georgia Pass. There's room for a small group to take a break in the shadow of the mountain, especially if the summit of Georgia Pass is too crowded or (more often) too windy.
