The Rampart Range area offers year round adventure for those who visit. In the summer months, wildflowers abound with many areas to camp and get away from civilization are available without having to travel hours outside of Colorado Springs. Autumn offers beautiful views of the color changing aspens and in the Winter months, permits are available through the Forest Service for families to harvest their own Christmas trees.
