The Middle Creek - Eiseman Hut trail climbs from the Lost Lake trail to the Eiseman Hut, a reserve cabin and winter survival hut. Reservations can be made at olb.huts.org. The trail begins as a narrow dirt road through a pine forest with ruts and potholes. About two-thirds of the way up, it narrows to two-track with very few places to pass oncoming traffic. There are a couple of small, low-quality campsites, but better camping is available on Lost Lake.
