Sayres Gulch departs South Fork Lake Creek and heads south along NFSR 382. The trail ends at just under two miles from the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness boundary. The trail is not heavily trafficked, and there are a few dispersed campsites along the way. Keep an eye out for hikers using this route to access the Wilderness Area.
