This long, easy dirt road curves through the mountains in the Sierra National Forest, north of North Fork, California and is best known for the Whiskey Falls waterfall and the Whiskey Falls Campground, which are about 1.5 miles east of Waypoint 18 on 8S09 - Peckinpah / Whiskey Road.
There are scattered sections of old warn pavement throughout this trail, but it is primarily rough dirt and suitable for high ground clearance 2WD vehicles. This is a great trail for those looking to explore the forest, check out the falls, and set up camp.
