For my project, I needed a 17x9”, 8x6.5 lug pattern wheel with 4.75” of backspace. The Raceline Avengers fit my need (they are offered in many other sizes, bolt patterns, and backspacing options too).
Aside from the smooth, clean finish on these aluminum beadlock wheels, I was surprised to open the box and see a little bonus; valve stems included and installed. While this is a pretty minor piece to buy separately, it was good to see that Raceline, with an already more affordable wheel in contrast to comparable brands, had taken this extra step to make things a little easier on me. If you’ve ever finished mounting a tire on beadlock wheel only to see you forgot the valve stem, you’ll really appreciate this. The beadlock rings ship in a separate box with all the hardware and include recessed bolt mounting holes to help avoid bolt heads grinding off on rocks on the trail. The valve stems sit well inside the wheel, again to help avoid any snags on tight sections of the trails. Nutserts in the wheels are replaceable and each bag of hardware includes two spare nutserts.
Out of the box, the Avenger is an impressive wheel. As for on-trail testing, time will tell how these wheels hold up. Keep an eye on the site and my profile to see what trails we hit with the Raceline Avenger Beadlock wheels over time.
