Cabwaylingo 22 is the most unique trail within the Cabwaylingo State Forest. This trail might be an easy, wide, graded dirt road with an occasional muddy pothole, but droves of people drive this trail to see the overhanging rock feature located near the eastern tip of trail 61. The unique rock feature is a great place to stop, explore, and enjoy lunch. This trail is suitable for any stock SUV or pickup truck.
Cabwaylingo has two campgrounds and multiple cabins located on-site. In addition, many home rentals can be found nearby.
Hatfield-McCoy Trails are open 365 days a year, from sunup to sundown. Permits are required for all operators and passengers. Additionally, all drivers and passengers must wear a helmet on the trails. This includes full-size vehicles such as Jeeps.
