Victor Lincoln Road is a convenient road to use when visiting the Francis Marion National Forest. While a portion of the road travels through private property and residences, much of it intersects the Caffey Swamp and the Wambaw Swamp Wilderness. A perfect road for the curious mind interested in swamp flora and fauna. The road is mostly sandy, and in extreme wet weather, you can bog down into the sand. Four-wheel drive would be recommended in that situation. Motorized dispersed camping is not permitted within the National Forest.
