Otter Brook Road is a dirt and gravel road located off the beaten path in New York's Adirondack Mountains. The road is easy with a couple of slightly inclined hills. It is mostly forested from start to finish. There are a number of designated dispersed campsites on Otter Brook Road. Several hiking trailheads emanate from the road, especially near the end of the road. This area is in the Moose River Plains Wild Forest, managed by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
