Officially known as River Road, this route is in the Perdido State Wildlife Area and leads to the Gravel Boat Landing. River Road is the longest road in the wildlife area and ends at its far north edge. The road is a flat, graded gravel route and moderately maintained. Occasionally, standing water can be found on the road after heavy rain. When this happens, the road remains stable with a hard gravel bottom. Canoes and kayaks use Gravel Landing to launch for multiple-day float trips on the Perdido River. Dispersed camping is not allowed along this road.
